General Shipping Information

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address. After payment is confirmed and items are in stock, your order will be dispatched promptly. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders are fulfilled via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers.

Prices are calculated without taxes or customs duties. Depending on your destination country, your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by local authorities. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details. The Seller is not responsible for these charges and will not issue refunds for items refused at customs or returned due to non-delivery.

When you place your order, you will receive an estimated delivery date. We make every effort to meet these estimates, but cannot guarantee them due to factors outside our control, such as weather delays or customs clearance. If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and, if successful, send a replacement promptly.

Defective or Damaged Item Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may qualify for a full exchange or refund at no additional charge to you.

How to Qualify for a Return or Refund

To be eligible, customers must email us within 24 hours of delivery receipt at INFO@SHOPUSATEX.COM with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 24 hours of the confirmed delivery date will not qualify for a return or refund. Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt.

Return Shipping

We cover all return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. You will never be asked to pay return shipping for a product that arrived in unsatisfactory condition due to a defect or damage in transit. In most cases, we will send a prepaid return label or, for lower-value items, allow you to keep the item and ship a replacement directly to you.

Refund & Exchange Process

  • Once your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement item or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
  • If the same item is no longer available, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
  • Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer error.
