RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Window You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to Seller's Return Approval. All return requests must be submitted by email with proof of condition and photos within 24 hours of delivery receipt to qualify.

Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in their original, unused condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original, undamaged box and/or packaging
  • Not have been washed, worn, or had tags removed

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Clothing and jewelry returned due to wrong size or fit (please measure carefully before ordering)
  • Items returned without a return request submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • Items returned without a reasonable explanation

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may qualify for a full exchange or refund at no additional charge to you.

To qualify, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery receipt at INFO@SHOPUSATEX.COM with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 24 hours of the confirmed delivery date will not qualify for a return or refund. Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt.

We cover all return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. You will never be asked to pay return shipping for a product that arrived in unsatisfactory condition. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or, for lower-value items, allow you to keep the item and ship a replacement directly to you.

Once your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund. If the same item is no longer available, we will offer a full refund or store credit. Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer error.

Wrong Size or Color (Buyer Error) If an item is in good working condition but the wrong size or color was selected by the buyer, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping charge of $7.75 USD.

Restocking Fee A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns without a reasonable explanation or where the return request was not submitted within 24 hours of delivery receipt.

Refunds We do not provide cash refunds for unwanted products. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Sizing & Measurements Please carefully measure yourself (shoulder, bust, chest, waist, hip, finger, wrist, etc.) before purchasing clothing or jewelry. We do not accept returns on clothing or jewelry based on claims of wrong size or poor fit.

How to Return

  1. Email us at INFO@SHOPUSATEX.COM within 24 hours of delivery with photos and proof of condition.
  2. Wait for Seller's Return Approval before shipping any items back.
  3. Ship the item in its original packaging to the return address below.
  4. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
